This retreat will support women experiencing relationship changes (relationSHIFT) and life purpose realignment. This is a safe container for women to express and receive support, guidance, practical tips and tools as they navigate their sacred transition. We will BREAK FREE from self-censoring, self-imposed isolation, or the myth of "self-sufficiency." We will tap into mutual support as well as deepen our personal reserves of resiliency and self-honesty, coming into loving acceptance with the transformation that our physical body is going through.
We invite you to dismantle the past limited self into a new sovereign and empowered state of being!
Having been through these transitions, we are intimately aware of how challenging the process can be and and how persistent the illusion of separation and aloneness can feel. Location
We will hold this retreat in a pristine area of Costa Rica, nestled in the mountain ranges below peak Chirripo, the highest peak in Costa Rica and all of Central America.
In the local indigenous language "Chirripo" means The Land Of Eternal Waters. Many describe this location as an ascending energy vortex, and also as one of the most ecological regions of the country, boasting fresh air, pleasant breezes and the cleanest mountain spring water.
Please note that we will be at 1.200 meters of altitude, which is a unique micro-climate of bright sunny days and very comfortable daytime temperatures in the mid 20s Celsius (high 70s in Fahrenheit), with cooler evenings when the temperature can drop to 15 Celsius (high 50s in Fahrenheit).
Bring warm socks, long sleeve shirts, ponchos & layers, a sweater or two, and good closed-toe hiking shoes for our nature trip to the nearby river.
This mountain location is away from commercial development, yet easily accessible by paved road and 3.5 hours from the Airport in San Jose (SJO). Airport pickup and direct transport to retreat location can be arranged for an extra fee.
